The “success stories” always begin with a meeting and the friendship between François Boulet and Cyril Courtin, both consultants, leads them to join forces at the beginning of 2001.
Their profiles are complementary. Above all, they share the same intuition: the evolution of professions and HR issues implies a new offer, global, digital, and personalized. It is this conviction that gives birth to HR Path on March 31, 2009.
The creation of a group structure responds to the intention to become a single interlocutor for HRIS issues of companies of all sizes and all sectors of activity. This strategy will be based on strong external growth with numerous acquisitions and mergers aimed at completing the service offering and the area of expertise.
