HR Path, a global HR solutions specialist, recruited 200 employees in 2018. These hiring have come to support the growth of the company. The group has already announced that it wants to recruit even more candidates in 2019.
A growing, global and agile company
The group’s growth has accelerated over the last 5 years as their revenue increased from €30m to €90m. HR Path is looking for new employees ready to work in an agile and ever-expanding company.
According to Sophie Clément, head of recruitment at HR Path: “We are looking for candidates who will be flexible, creative and innovative”. In addition, the company wants to expand their workforce abroad either through recruitment or acquisitions. As stated by Sophie Clément, “We want to continue to develop internationally by strengthening our teams already present abroad and by supporting local managers in their search for talents ».
Diverse jobs centered around HR solutions
Positions are available in Paris but also in other French towns and around the world. Profiles can be junior or experienced. Most of our senior candidates come from HR/HRIS consulting field. HR Path is currently looking for experts in SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, Cegid, Talentsoft, Cornerstone, Workday and HR Access solutions. The group also recruits human resources experts. HR Path is also looking for consultants, managers and project managers.
