HR Path successfully delivered the first implementation of NUBO in the Asia Pacific region within 4.5 weeks

NUBO, a pre-configured, best-in-class HRIS solution powered by SAP SuccessFactors that was discovered by HR Path and implemented during the pandemic to help the growing businesses or called SMEs in the EMEA and Americas, has currently been launched and delivered as implementation in the Asia Pacific region, specifically in Indonesia early this year of 2022.

In October 2021, HR Path was approached by AEON Credit Service, a leading company from Japan that operates in Indonesia and engages in consumer finance. ACSI shared that they needed an HR solution that can help the company adopt the performance system on a tight schedule as it would be used for a performance review in January 2022.

ACSI was introduced to HR Path’s NUBO solution that could leverage the out-of-the-box methodology to make the implementation process go fast and easy in 4-8 weeks period at an affordable price. With this proposed solution, ACSI decided to take NUBO as their solution with the services provided by HR Path.

During the implementation process, both ACSI and HR Path team collaborated and were determined to follow the timeline and achieve the goals set.

As a result, the NUBO implementation had been successfully delivered and adopted in four and half weeks, as expected by AEON Credit Service Indonesia.
