HR Path Group
CRS Policy

Since our inception in 2001, HR Path Group has always been aware of the impact of our activities on the environment and society. This is why we implemented a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy very early on, which aims to integrate social, environmental and ethical issues at the heart of our activity. This is not only an ethical choice for us, but also a deep conviction that we can contribute to a better world through our commitment and actions. We pride ourselves on being a responsible company and are determined to continue our commitment to CSR for years to come.

Since October 2022, HR Path has created a CSR body chaired by a founding partner of the group. The challenge of this body is to steer the strategic objectives of CSR at HR Path. This body is co-chaired by the Director of Human Resources, the Marketing Director, the Purchasing Director and a few committed employees of the HR Path group.

What we’re all about: HR Path, the global HR player/partner of the sustainable digital transformation of organizations, at the service of human capital.

Employee mobility

HR Path has been providing career and mobility opportunities to its employees since its inception. Positions are posted on the intranet under the HR section. Environment BE A CONTRIBUTOR TO THE ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION

The Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) is a global body that enables companies to set ambitious emissions reduction targets based on the latest climate science. It aims to incentivize companies around the world to halve their emissions by 2030 and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

This initiative is a collaboration between CDP, the United Nations Global Compact,  the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and is one of the commitments of the We Mean Business Coalition  . The SBTi defines and promotes best practices for the adoption of science-based targets aligned with  the goals of the Paris Agreement, offers resources and guidance to reduce barriers to adoption, and independently assesses and endorses companies’ targets.

It is in this context that HR Path committed to the SBTi in 2023 and aims to reduce its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% in absolute terms and Scope 3 emissions by around 60% in intensity by 2031. *
